In our globalized economy, knowledge, employees, services and goods are used and traded worldwide from one country to another. The world of international business relationships is becoming increasingly complex. Internationally active companies with subsidiaries in Germany and abroad are facing growing business and tax challenges.

These challenges begin with the fact that the management of multinational companies has to comply with strict tax regulations not only at home but also abroad. On the one hand, attention must be paid to compliance in order to avoid personal liability (e.g. tax evasion etc.) and, on the other hand, to be able to implement the strategies of the internationally operating company. The company's internal objectives and plans are not always in line with the international transfer pricing regulations and those of global mobility in the individual countries.

Nexia's transfer pricing experts in Germany will discuss the current tax pitfalls and developments in cross-border supply/service relationships (transfer pricing) on the basis of specific examples and solutions (best practice approaches).

We have organized an interesting program with exciting keynotes and discussions and hope that you will gain valuable insights and "best practice experiences"!
