Nexia’s valuation team performs business valuations for a wide range of reasons and functions.

On the basis of current standards (e. g. IDW Standard S1, etc.) and of measurement methods, we can provide you with high quality and professionally recognised valuation expert opinions or key performance indicators. Along with the discounted cash flow method (DCF) predominantly used internationally and the gross rental method widely used in Germany, simplified approaches such as multiplier methods are also regularly used.
