Klaus Bertram

Mr. Klaus Bertram has been working for Nexia since 2025 and has gained over 30 years of professional experience in the audit field. 

He has primarily focused his activities on performing statutory and voluntary audits, on IFRS accounting and on special audits or assurance reviews. Mr. Bertram predominantly audits and consults medium-sized companies (family-owned companies as well as companies belonging to corporate groups). 

Mr. Bertram is a member of the Technical Committee for Company Reporting of the registered association Institute of Public Auditors [Instituts der Wirtschaftsprüfer in Deutschland e. V. (IDW)]. In addition, he is the publisher of the Haufe HGB Bilanzkommentars (Commentaries on financial statements prepared in accordance with the German Commercial Code).
