Dmitrii Rybin

Dmitrii Rybin is Director of Transaction Advisory at Nexia in Frankfurt and has more than 15 years of experience in M&A, transaction services, and financial and tax reporting.

His areas of expertise include M&A consulting and transaction-related services, in particular lead advisory, company valuation, deal strategy and financial modelling. He supports national and international transactions across a range of industries.

Previously, Mr Rybin worked for many years at a Big 4 firm in Germany, Eastern Europe and Eurasia. There, he advised international clients, including large industrial companies, medium-sized companies, private equity investors, sovereign wealth funds, and public and private investors.

In addition, he gained several years of experience in the corporate M&A division of a listed international industrial company. This role particularly strengthened his buy-side perspective and his practical in-house transaction experience.
