Ms Anastasia Solomatina has been with Nexia Ltd since 2025 and has more than 9 years of professional experience in transaction advisory.

Anastasia has experience in providing valuation services and M&A support to various clients, including those in the energy, oil and gas, transport and industrial products sectors. She has also been responsible for creating complex financial models for clients and has been involved in restructuring and forensic projects.

Prior to this, Ms Solomatina worked for many years at a Big 4 firm in Germany and internationally.
