Digitalisation processes and the complexity of IT systems have constantly increased in companies. Through our IT audits we can identify risks for you concerning the propriety of IT- supported accounting and the internal control system (ICS) and the underlying security criteria. We also include compliance with internal requirements (e.g. guidelines) in our considerations.
By assessing our audit results, we assist in classifying risks and in improving the basis for judgement and in increasing certainty of judgement. Risks arising from material financial damage, such as system outages or data losses affecting a company’s ability to continue to exist as a going concern can be identified, and measures can be taken to mitigate or avoid them. In addition, improving how projects are coordinated can be achieved by facilitating the communication between management, other departments and the IT Department.
