Daniel Kittlauss is a partner in the Transaction Advisory division at Nexia in Frankfurt and has more than 25 years of experience in M&A, transaction services, and financial and tax reporting.

His focus is on mid-market transactions for private equity, venture capital and industrial companies – both nationally and internationally. He has extensive expertise in M&A lead advisory, deal strategy and company valuation, financial due diligence and post-merger integration.

Thanks to his many years of experience, he has a strong international network and is known for his structured, analytical and creative approach, which enables him to precisely identify opportunities and risks even in complex transaction situations and develop strategically optimal solutions.
