Our classic consulting services (Audit, Tax Advisory, Legal Consulting, Management Consulting, Transaction Consulting) do not fall under the service categories listed in § 1 (3) of the BFSG.

Services affected by BFSG:

Our website (www.nexia.de) falls under “Services in Electronic Commerce” as specified in § 1(3) No. 5 of the BFSG since it offers contact forms as an initial step in engaging with potential clients.
