Customer Relations

Personal attendance is ensured by the home partner in the local office and his responsibility for quality and timely performance. His motivation is the esteem of his performance by his customers – not his evaluation by his line management. The collective company potential in 25 locations is available i.e. in case of country wide requirements or work which exceeds local resources or competence.

The Organisation

The organizational concept without hierarchy is based on the collective responsibility of the partners vis-ŕ-vis their common firm. Collectively controlled are essentially only those areas which result from the accountability towards responsible client work. These are largely:

  • Common audit an accounting procedures
  • Common quality standards and controlling of compliance
  • Professional and personal training and development of staff and partners

Synergies

Largely, common development and work is organized in projects or , where industry-, regional- or professional area oriented intelligence and special skills are brought together i.e. in order to jointly develop common products or projects together with professional colleagues from other Nexia offices. The Nexia organisation attempts to be transparent and offers the chance to learn from „the best“within the group and so multiply skills and ideas.

Communication

The results are available and accessible for Nexia offices in a knowledge data base together with management guidance documents, etc.. This is intended to constantly improve quality of services of Nexia members and add to their ability for efficient allocation of resources and for cost effectiveness. The infrastructure is in place to respond immediately and flexible to urgent requests of customers whenever pooling of capacity or special skills from Nexia offices in Germany or abroad is required.
